Customer Demographics and Mail List
Gathering demographic data about your Customers has never been easier than with
the new addition of Mail List to Retail Point of Sale. Mail List can be used to
capture data at any point of your Customer’s visit – while processing a POS transaction
or as a stand-alone entry.
Mail List can be customized to capture information specific to the needs of your
business environment. Define date fields to gather information such as Birthdays
and Anniversaries. Text and Currency fields can be used to capture information such
as Salary, Household Income, Social Security Numbers, or even the names of family
members. Drop Down lists and Checkboxes are available to expedite the data entry
of your users.
Mail List is fully integrated with Retail Point of Sale and Great Plains. Define
a Mail List Class ID or link a Customer ID, Territory ID, or Price Level to a Mail
List entry. |
