R.S.V.P. (Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Payroll) meets the unique needs
of organizations throughout the United States who provide opportunities to individuals with barriers to employment.
It provides the flexibility to adjust the payroll for workers who, for various
reasons, are non-traditional and/or non-hourly wage earners.
Jobs and tasks can be set up, complete with Time Study and Prevailing Wage information.
For piecework production, R.S.V.P.™ enables the recording of actual pieces workers
produce, and it will calculate the amount they earned compared to the standard pieces
per hour. For hourly work, it allows the entering of an efficiency percentage so
the wage is calculated accordingly. In addition, extensive reporting capabilities
are available to simplify analysis. R.S.V.P.™ is both easy to learn and easy to
use. Its simple, sophisticated interface is intuitive and flexible, making it easily
