Tailored Employee Information R.S.V.P.™ allows for the maintenance of invaluable employee information that may be critical to an organization. This includes records for emergency contacts, guardianship, disabilities and allergies, case managers and numbers, funding sources, transportation modes, living arrangements, service history and task proficiencies.
Customized User-Defined Window During set-up, a customized window is created for employee information tailored to an organization’s specific needs. Any headings may be entered in four different areas intended to elicit four different types of answers, such as yes/no, dollar amounts, dates, or lines of information. In the User-Defined window, the most valuable headings are inputed so that an organization is able to gather and track the information that they require for their record-keeping.
Automatic Subsidizing If workers are required to be guaranteed minimum wage regardless of their piecework production, R.S.V.P.™ can be set up to calculate automatically the balancing amount during each payroll run.
Sophisticated Reporting Capability To simplify analysis, R.S.V.P.™ allows the tracking of job and task information, as well as payroll history information. The available reports include:
