(September 5, 2022) – Addotek, Inc., a technology and services company focused on alleviating administrative and operational burdens for small to mid-sized businesses, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Compass Technologies’ software portfolio and client contracts. Compass Technologies’ capabilities expand Addotek’s current offerings, including its credit card payment processing and payment gateway services, to strengthen its existing portfolio and better serve customers.

Addotek is a long-time partner and reseller of Compass Technologies Electronic Payment Processing software and currently works with many Compass Technologies customers, and is committed to a seamless transition for all clients. Compass Technologies’ phone numbers and email addresses will be maintained going forward.

Compass Technologies employees were offered positions at Addotek and unanimously accepted as part of the acquisition, ensuring uninterrupted service and support for Compass Technologies’ clients. Compass Technologies software modules will continue to be developed and sold under the Compass Technologies brand name by Addotek. Additionally, partner affiliations will be transferred to Addotek and maintained.
